Reporting to: Warehouse Management

Location: Telford / warehouse

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 6.00am to 6.00pm and 4 on 4 off, 6.00pm to 6.00am

Job Purpose

To assist in the safe, accurate and efficient movement of goods in, through and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·         To use Fork Lift Trucks in a safe manner to move goods as directed by any Supervisor or Manager;

·         To check all Goods In for accuracy and to complete the correct Goods In Sheet;

·         To put stock away in accordance with the correct procedures for WMS (In - Dex) ;

·         To Pick Goods for Despatch in accordance with the correct procedures for  WMS (In – Dex);

·         To Load Trailers in accordance with correct procedures:

o    to check case counts where they are listed on Load manifests;

o   to check correct despatch paperwork is attached to the drivers copy of the manifest;

o   to complete the Warehouse Checks Box of both the Loading and Drivers Manifests;

·         Any other warehouse duties as and when requested.

Essential experience / knowledge / specifications

·         FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, PPT) – desired but not essential

·         Able to work quickly and efficiently

·         Accurate and attentive to detail

·         Able to work independently

·         Good team player

·         Reliable, flexible, and willing to commit to the company

Reporting to: Shift Managers

Location: Telford / Warehouse

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days 12.00pm – 12.00am

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·         Picking stock orders of full pallets by use of InDex WMS scanners

·         Making sure that picked pallets are the correct stock

·         Making sure and correcting that any damages at point of pick are corrected by means of restacks or rewraps etc

·         Make sure that they are placed in the correct area of the marshalling fridge

·         To Liaise with Paul Richards for pick to load picks

·         To assist Goods In teams with GI process and stock put away when time allows

Experience / knowledge / specifications

·         Reach Truck License and experience is essential

·         Would prefer in depth knowledge of all stock products

·         Accuracy and attention to detail

·         Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision

·         Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion 

Reporting to: Goods in Supervisor

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 6.00am to 6.00pm and 4 on 4 off, 6.00pm to 6.00am

Job Purpose

To follow instruction from your Goods in Supervisor to ensure the roles and responsibilities indicated below are fulfilled. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·         Receipt of Goods , according to current Goods In System

·         Put Away of pallets to complete the GI process

·         Keep Working area and Stock areas clean and tidy

·         Report all damages

·         Stock checking and reporting

·         Any other duties as instructed

Essential experience / knowledge / specifications

·         PPT and Reach Truck licence;

·         Able to work quickly and efficiently;

·         Accurate and attentive to detail;

·         Able to work independently;

·         Reliable, flexible, and willing to commit to the company.

·         Must Be fit, there will be regular stacking and manual handling and wrapping in this role.
